Rewards
Rewards never hurt anyone.
If you have to start with extrinsic rewards such as stickers or treats
and gradually work towards internal rewards such as a way to go or a high five. I have witnessed in the 4th grade simple rewards such as a high five and the pride that student feels from just being acknowledged when they do something good.
